For cancellations received 14 days or more prior to arrival, deposit may be applied to stays from Sunday night through Wednesday night, and you may use that deposit within one year from date of cancellation, excluding holidays and special events.

For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival, no refunds will be made.

Although we feel that seasonal Texas weather brings out varied views of beauty around the Sleepy Hollow Ranch property, we can't be held responsible for the weather being satisfactory to everyone. Keep in mind the old saying about Texas...If you don't like the weather...wait a minute and it'll change.

This cancellation policy does not apply for weddings and other events. A separate cancellation policy included in the wedding/special event contract will apply.

Payments
To secure your reservations, a deposit of 1/2 of the lodging is due at the time of making your reservations. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival, at which time your credit card will automatically be charged for the balance.

If reservation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival, full payment is due at the time of making the reservations.

Please note: This payment policy does not apply to weddings. There is a separate policy and contact for weddings, and usually has to be paid for much further in advance than two weeks. Please contact us early during your wedding planning stages for information and reservations.
